Kl1001 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Agreement
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any kl1001 services. Continued use of the platform means you agree to all the terms set out here.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kl1001 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the kl1001 platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and kl1001 as the platform operator. This agreement applies to all activities carried out under your account, including registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, bonus usage, and communications with the support team. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this platform.
Kl1001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version in effect. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kl1001. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using different or similar personal details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. kl1001 will never ask for your password in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the kl1001 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the kl1001 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity. kl1001 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities whenever required for investigative purposes.
Users are also prohibited from using any third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other users. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the kl1001 platform will result in immediate account closure and appropriate legal action.
Users must ensure that all wagering activity is conducted in a personal capacity and for entertainment purposes only. Using a kl1001 account on behalf of another person, or allowing any third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without prior notice.
Payment Information, Deposits and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the kl1001 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details registered on their account are accurate and belong to them. kl1001 does not accept deposits or withdrawals to third-party accounts; the name on the registered bank account must match the name of the registered user on the platform.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's kl1001 account within the timeframe determined by the selected payment method. For deposits via FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, credits typically appear within minutes. Manual bank transfers may take longer. kl1001 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will be processed to the user's registered bank account within the timeframe stated in the user account. kl1001 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC process) before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or where account security needs to be confirmed. Failure to comply with such verification requests may delay or block the withdrawal process.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Closure Rights
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, kl1001 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, or cyberattacks by malicious parties. The kl1001 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding continuous availability.
Kl1001 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud, or at the request of the relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to a breach, any outstanding bonus credit that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any valid cash deposit balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete. kl1001's decisions regarding account closure are final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the kl1001 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, game titles, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of kl1001 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, upload, publicly display, or commercially exploit any such content without express written permission from kl1001. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The kl1001 platform may integrate or reference third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, and technology vendors. kl1001 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of each third party separately before engaging with their services.
Applicable Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with this document or the use of the kl1001 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. kl1001 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; the latest version is always available on this page.
